Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the ITGlobBiz Solutions website or engaging our software engineering, digital marketing, SEO, or cloud architecture services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or submit project requests.
2. Scope of Services & Deliverables
ITGlobBiz Solutions provides professional IT consulting, custom software development, digital marketing campaign management, and cloud infrastructure optimization. Specific project scope, milestones, timelines, and deliverables are governed by individual Statement of Work (SOW) documents signed between ITGlobBiz Solutions and the Client.
3. Payment Terms & Billing
Payment schedules are outlined in your service agreement (milestone-based or monthly retainer). Invoices may be issued in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) for local clients or USD for international clients. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice issuance unless otherwise specified in writing.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full payment of all invoice fees, all custom software code, visual marketing designs, and specific campaign deliverables created by ITGlobBiz Solutions for the Client shall become the sole property of the Client. ITGlobBiz Solutions retains ownership of pre-existing proprietary frameworks, libraries, and internal agency tools.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lahore, Pakistan.
